RETURN POLICY

In contrast to today’s throwaway culture, quality is paramount. We pride ourselves on designing and manufacturing our products to ensure they last and, ultimately, your satisfaction. We are so confident in the quality and convenience of our products that we have a generous 30-day exchange policy* to give you peace of mind before ordering.

Simply put, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for an exchange or 14 days for a refund.

If you’re unsure about your size, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team before making a purchase. With the right BELGRAVE in the right size, you’ll be happy, and the environment will be happy. Together, we can minimize returns and reduce our impact and carbon footprint on the environment, saving you time and energy.

Don’t want to worry about the whole “return” process if you received the wrong size or simply don’t like it? Yes, we get it, it can be frustrating. We are consciously working to reduce our carbon footprint, and together, by choosing the right size + style the first time, we will reduce the number of shipments and returns.

*Please note: returns and exchanges must be unworn, in their original condition with all tags attached. If your item does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you, without an exchange or refund.

Resend shipping for your first exchange will be free. Any subsequent exchanges will incur an additional shipping charge. You can view shipping costs here.
